cocktails...kind of

Our adventures into the classic cocktail world - one drink at a time
The light in our kitchen is out making a good shot close to impossible, but this drink is delicious.  And I’m pretty sure I just invented it. So I need a record that it happened. 

1 & 1/2 oz Old Overholt Rye
1 oz Tessora Limone
1/2 oz orgeat syrup 
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1/4 oz Campari
Splash of simple syrup

Stir in Collins glass.  Then fill with Vanilla Club Soda.

Look what came in the mail today! I am so excited! While I haven’t been to enough bars to call Kirk Estopinal the best bartender on Earth, I do know that his drinks are the best I’ve ever had.  He may also be the coolest guy I’ve ever met.  Sad I have to work late and I can’t break out any of these recipes at 9 in the morning.
